Over the last few weeks, property price indices have been featuring heavily in the press with various commentators using different, and even the same, indices to show how the market is either falling, rising, about to crash or, on the brink of another boom. Anyone who reads my Tweets, business Facebook page or Blog, will know that I am somewhat cynical of most (but not all) of these indices but I’m interested to know what everyone else out there thinks.
