Graph showing all major UK house price indices over the last two years
There has been an awful lot of alarmist claptrap talked about in the press over the last couple of years but, as these figures from Houseprices.uk.net (link below) show, ALL the main house price indices indicate a relatively steady picture for the past two years.
Certainly, house prices have dipped and, may even dip a little again but; house prices have also risen over this period. Whether we will then see a return to the traditional 10 year rise then fall cycle of the past, remains to be seen.
